Our own creation, Caprabella is semi-hard feta-style goat cheese. It is very lightly salted, with a delicious flavour. A great choice for those seeking a less salty cheese. Its firm texture makes it ideal for slicing and grating.

Also available studded with cranberries for a special salad treat.
