Our own creation, Caprabella is semi-hard feta-style goat cheese. It is very lightly salted, with a delicious flavour. A great choice for those seeking a less salty cheese.
Also available studded with cranberries for a special salad treat.
Ingredients
Certified organic goat milk, rennet, bacterial cultures, salt.
Serving Suggestions
Caprabella is delicious on sandwiches or on crackers. It may be cooked in any recipe calling for a hard or semi-hard cheese or fresh in salad as a replacement for the higher salt-feta.
