Certified Organic means that animals are fed certified organic feeds with no herbicides or pesticides used to produce them. They also graze on herbicide and pesticide free land.

We never use hormones, only use antibiotics rarely and in emergency situations, and if we do use them, the goat's milk is not used for over a month after the treatment.

We also allow our animals free access to the outside at all times except at night. As Certified Organic producers, we are required to keep careful documentation of our purchases and practices, and these are reviewed annually by independent auditors.
